How Hylte succeeds in getting employees up and running quickly with InfoCaption

In an organisation where many people need to start working in InfoCaption at the same time, having a good entry point is crucial. Hylte Municipality has launched a producer portal that provides new producers with an easy way to engage in creating and sharing knowledge. The portal is well thought out, visually clear, and brings together all the resources needed to get started. This makes it a great example of how to establish a solid foundation for knowledge sharing throughout the organisation from the very beginning.

A shared space for support, guidance, and materials

The producer portal is designed to support both new and more experienced producers. Here you’ll find basic courses, manuals, guides, an image bank, and ready-made materials from InfoCaption’s SHARE-page to use as inspiration. In the portal, producers also have a direct button to access a statistics page for their own guides, making it easier to improve them. The structure helps users understand where to begin, what is most important to know, and how to move forward step by step. The combination of layout, images, and content creates a secure starting point, making working with InfoCaption more easily accessible.

A launch that has sparked engagement across the organisation

When InfoCaption was rolled out internally on December 1st, the initiative was met with great interest. The platform is easily accessible from the intranet homepage and has already become a natural part of daily work for many employees. In the internal announcement, the project manager described how enjoyable and educational the work had been, as well as the overwhelmingly positive response from the departments. The interest shown by participants in the first workshop also demonstrates a willingness to contribute, which becomes an essential driving force for further development.

A clear vision for knowledge sharing moving forward

Hylte’s goal is for InfoCaption to become the place where employees find answers on how to perform their tasks and where more people feel confident creating their own materials. The portal is a central part of that effort. With clear resources, support materials, and the ability to quickly find what you need, the risk of getting stuck is reduced,  especially at the start. Regular internal workshops and an open Teams channel also provide a space for questions and collaborative learning.

An inspiring example for other organisations

Although the project is still in its early stages, Hylte has already created a portal that is easy to use and provides producers with excellent conditions for getting started. It is a solution that inspires, especially for organisations looking to establish a sustainable approach to knowledge sharing. The well-thought-out structure and the engagement from the organisation demonstrate what can be achieved when building on a clear foundation.

Juliette Nilsson, Hylte Municipality’s InfoCaption Customer Coach, comments on the work:

"Hylte Municipality is a true role model when it comes to a strong and well-thought-out launch. From day one, Linnéa has shown fantastic commitment and impressive drive. Together with her colleagues, she has developed the portal, established a clear category structure, and utilised InfoCaption’s guides smartly and effectively. It’s exciting to see how quickly Hylte Municipality has embraced the platform and translated it into practical organisational value. With that level of engagement, I am fully confident that InfoCaption will be launched with great success in Hylte Municipality."

Congratulations to Hylte Municipality on receiving the Guide of the Month award! The portal is an excellent example of how to create conditions for effective learning and knowledge sharing, making everyday work easier for both producers and coworkers.

Hylte municipality awarded Guide of the Month

Every month, we at InfoCaption select the Guide of the Month - a guide we want to highlight for the value it creates within the organisation. As a thank-you to the person or people who created the Guide of the Month, we donate 1,000 SEK each month to Hand in Hand Sweden, an organisation that fights poverty by creating more jobs in vulnerable countries. Hand in Hand works with the “help to self-help” model, which aligns with InfoCaption’s own mission: “making it easier for employees to help each other.”
