IC 365 provides user support in the well-known Microsoft 365 apps.
With the help of screen recordings with narration, texts, films and knowledge tests, the user gets a solid knowledge of the most important aspects of Microsoft Office. The system also helps the user want - and dare - to learn more independently.

Security awareness
This course aims to create awareness and familiarity with IT and information security.
All content is adapted to the organization of municipalities and is presented in a concise and easy-to-digest manner.
The course is neatly packaged in a storytelling format where text, video, interactive exercises and knowledge tests are combined.

InfoCaption Dela is a collaboration platform that contains guides and training packages created by you - our customers. The material can be imported and then accessed from your own InfoCaption environment. As a customer in the public sector, you can get these training courses free of charge.

GDPR
The GDPR course is aimed at municipalities' various organisations. Depending on the role within the municipality, the user receives training adapted to the target group where the content consists of realistic scenarios.
Storytelling is used here, where the user can follow different people who are faced with dilemmas and events. This is combined with text, video, interactive exercises and knowledge tests.
