This is done by calling our API to add a help button and display context-sensitive guides based on where the user is in the system. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standardised protocol that allows AI agents to search and retrieve information in real time. Agents such as Intric and Microsoft Copilot can use MCP to ask InfoCaption for guidance and present answers directly to users.
