Security awareness
Human behaviour plays a major role in IT security incidents. Technical safeguards such as antivirus protection are essential, but they need to be supported by employees who know how to recognise and respond to security risks.
This course helps your employees understand common threats and risks related to IT and information security, and how their everyday actions can help reduce them.
For municipalities
Security Awareness is available in a version tailored for municipalities, with examples and scenarios set in the fictional municipality of Infoköping.
For public authorities
Security Awareness is available in a version tailored for public authorities, with examples and scenarios set in the fictional agency Informationsverket.
For organisations
Security Awareness is also available in a general version for companies and other organisations, with examples and scenarios set in the fictional organisation Informax.
Combine with your own content
Every organisation has its own policies, procedures and ways of working. That’s why each chapter includes space for you to add information specific to your organisation.
This allows you to combine ready-made training with your own content in one coherent course.
Cost-effective at scale
Give your entire organisation access to relevant, annually updated security awareness training at a low cost per employee per year.
Storytelling based on realistic situations
Throughout the course, employees follow characters from one of three fictional organisations: the municipality of Infoköping, the public authority Informationsverket or the organisation Informax, depending on the version of the course.
Realistic workplace situations bring IT and information security to life through short texts, videos, interactive exercises and knowledge checks. Users will also have access to articles from the local newspaper.
Track progress at an individual level
Follow completion and results at an individual level to understand progress, reinforce learning and support lasting behaviour change.

"We have been extremely pleased with the training package. Many of our employees have also expressed their appreciation, particularly for its high quality and clear, well-structured format."
Tailored content
The course is tailored to the organisation’s structure and its work with IT and information security.
Quite simply, a realistic approach.
Attractively presented
The course is neatly packaged in a stylish and consistent format. Each chapter takes between 3 and 6 minutes to complete.
IT and information security aren’t always straightforward topics. The course content is presented in a concise and accessible way, so that topics which some might find complex are hopefully made to feel straightforward.
A comprehensive course
In addition to the course, you’ll have access to attractive and easy-to-understand materials designed to remind you about safety awareness. These take the form of posters that you can put up in your workplace.
