GDPR – Training for municipalities and organisations
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force in 2018, affects the work of most organisations. However, it is not always easy to know exactly how and when the GDPR should be applied, or what the various terms mean.
In this course, we present the subject in a slightly different, more engaging way to make it easier to understand and apply the GDPR. For municipalities, the course is also available in versions tailored to different areas of municipal operations.
This course is currently only available in Swedish.
For municipalities
The course is available in versions tailored to different areas of municipal operations. The content has been developed in collaboration with representatives from each area.
In addition to this, there is also a general course for local authorities, for those who do not require adaptation in these four areas.
For companies and other organisations
A general version of the course is also available for companies and other organisations.
Combine with your own content
Every organisation has its own policies, procedures and ways of working. That’s why each chapter includes space for you to add information specific to your organisation.
This allows you to combine ready-made GDPR training with your own content in one coherent course.
Cost-effective at scale
For just a few kronor per employee per year, your organisation gets access to relevant GDPR training that is reviewed and updated annually.
Storytelling
For municipalities:
Employees follow characters from the fictional municipality of Infoköping as they encounter everyday situations related to GDPR.
The scenarios are brought to life through text, video, interactive exercises and knowledge checks, together with articles from the fictional local newspaper Infoköping Allehanda.
For organisations:
Employees follow characters from the fictional organisation Informax as they encounter everyday situations related to GDPR.
The scenarios are brought to life through text, video, interactive exercises and knowledge checks, together with articles from the fictional local newspaper.
Easy to complete
Each chapter takes just 2–5 minutes to complete and presents GDPR in a clear, consistent and accessible format.
Complex topics are broken down into concise, easy-to-understand content, making GDPR easier to grasp and apply in everyday work.
More than a course
In addition to the course, you get access to ready-made awareness materials that help keep GDPR top of mind.
Use the accompanying posters in the workplace to reinforce key messages and remind employees about good data protection practices.
