We have moved the customer portal. You can now access it in the following ways:

  • In your platform
    When you are in your InfoCaption platform, you can click the Help button to access the Customer Portal.

  • When creating
    When creating guides or administering your InfoCaption platform, you can click on our Help icon in the workflow and get help directly or click on the Home button to get to the Customer Portal.
